The famous Tik Tok baked feta pasta is the ultimate comfort food - also easy to make and with infinite variations! Try this low-carb and gluten-free spin with palm heart noodles and extra protein.
Put the 1 cup cherry tomatoes in a baking / casserole dish, plus the meat and other vegetables, if using. Make space in the middle for the 7 ounces feta cheese cube. If using crumbled cheese, put it all pressed together in the middle. Put the 1 sprig fresh rosemary on top of the cheese and drizzle everything with 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 40 minutes, until the vegetables are roasted and the cheese is soft.
Using a fork, smash the tomatoes and the cheese and mix everything up. Be careful with hot tomato sauce splashes.
Add the 1 can hearts of palm pasta, mix, and serve.
