Instructions
Add all arugula salad ingredients to a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, add all the vinaigrette ingredients and whisk until fully blended. You can also add them all to a mason jar, close the lid and shake vigorously.
Before serving, quickly mix the vinaigrette (if it separated) and drizzle on top of the salad, then toss to combine.
