Instructions
Cocoa powder rimmed glasses
Spread 1 tablespoon cocoa powder in a saucer or small plate.
Wet the tips your thumb and index finger in the brandy or chocolate liqueur, pinch the rim of the glass, and run around the whole edge.
Dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the cocoa powder to coat the wet border.
Keto Brandy Alexander Cocktail
Add the 1 ounce brandy, 1 ounce heavy whipping cream, 1 ounce sugar-free chocolate liqueur and 4 to 6 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
Shake it vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Grate 1 pinch nutmeg on top.
Notes
Although the Brandy Alexander is traditionally made of equal parts brandy, cream and chocolate liqueur, it's also often made with 1.5 part of brandy.
